This family session turned out so spectacularly. I loved the energy of these twin girls—they were the perfect blend of sweet and spice, bringing so much movement and life to the photos during this session. I always make sure to get some photos of everyone looking at the camera and smiling, but my favorites are always the ones in between those shots—still composed and beautiful, but with real emotions and movement, those are the ones that really capture your kids and this stage in your lives.
We shot these on the only cloudy day of the week (go figure!), but it made for some beautiful, even light and we had the whole place to ourselves. The girls took full advantage of the space to roam and explore. The sun peeked out for just a few moments while the girls were playing and it made for the most magical photo, capturing the essence of childhood wonder.
